Organisation of our Party

Party hierarchy:

The Board of Directors:

Our party consists of a board of directors - who shall be the guardians of the party. The members of the board, i.e. directors, are responsible for selecting the executive team of the party. The board members will have veto power in any and all matters concerning the party. The Board of Directors is chaired by the Chairman, who is ex-officio "Supreme Commander" of the Party.

The Executive team:

The Executive Team is responsible for making all day-to-day decisions for the party. The Executive Team is headed by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Other members of Executive Team are The Party President, Party Vice-Presidents and General Secretaries.

The CEO has the following duties:

- Promote the party
- Manage the logistics of the party, or appoint a Logistical Secretary to look after the party opertaions.
- Manage the people of the party, or appoint a HR Secretary to look after and manage the workforce of the party.
- Manage the party treasury, or appoint a Treasurer to look after and manage the Treasury of the Party.
- Appoint a recruiter - To hire new people and train them to become proper party comrades.
- Look after the smooth functioning of the party in all the above matters.

The Fieldsmen:

Fieldsmen form the very root of our party. They are engaged in front line work of our party, be it promotion or otherwise.

The People:

The common man is the party's utmost priority. It is due to this common man that the party succeeds. It shall be our primary responsibility to help the common man in every way we can.
